The church was built in the years 1957 – 1960. The cornerstone was consecrated by Bishop Jan Stepa on June 16. 1957. On June 5, 1960, on the Solemnity of Pentecost, Bishop Karol Pękala consecrated the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. A brick church with the use of stone, single-nave with a separate chancel, on the sides of which there is a sacristy and a chapel of the Mother of God.
