The two-floored tenement with a basement with preschool arcades. In the 16th century, a previously standing house was thoroughly rebuild and a new floor was overbuilt. In 1866 the building was heightened by an additional floor. In the years of 1960-1962, an arcade and previous interior design was recreated. In the years of 1767-1787 the tenement held a first royal post office in Tarnów, which is reminded by a memorial montaged on an elevation. Currently, the tenement is holding a restaurant and a hotel.
