Next to the general Bem’s monument stands a bench – a sympol of Polish-Hungarian friendship. It is a gift from Hungarians, who visited Tarnów during national pilgrimage in June 2018. During the reveal ceremony, the bench was decorated with flags of both countries. There are also both countries’ crests engraved on the stone back.
