Rubinowa Vineyard (Świebodzin)

It was established in 2014 and is located in Świebodzin in the valley of the Biała River, only 5 kilometers from Tarnów. Initially, it was a small backyard cultivation and the owners expanded the plantation year by year. Currently, it comprises approximately 1,600 vines and covers an area of approximately one hectare. Quite a few varieties are grown in the vineyard, such as solaris, seyval blanc, johanniter, bianca, jutrzenka, muszkat and adalmina for white wines, regent, rondo, maréchal foch and léon millot for red wines. Wines made in small batches are fermented in stainless steel or in glass containers. Also, a lot is experimented with blends and style of wine.
