The vineyard is located in Lesser Poland (the Małopolska Region) in Szczepanowice, Tarnów County. The county is considered “the Polish pole of warmth”. The vineyard was established in 2007. It has an area of 2,5 hectares. You can find a large number of plants – about 9 thousand – and of many varieties. The white wines are: Johanniter, Solaris, Phoenix, Merzling, Seyval Blanc, Helios, Ortega, Orion, Bianca, Chardonnay, Hibernal; the rosé and red wines: Regent, Rondo, Dornfelder, Pinot-Noire, Cabernet Cortis, Léon Millot, Maréchal Foch. Since 2015, the Zadora Vineyard has been a member of the Culinary Heritage Network of Lesser Poland within the European Network of Regional Culinary Heritage.
