Vincent Mucha was an engineer, chemist, scouting instructor, scoutmaster and also a member Gray Arrays during the World War II. After the war, he became a member of a liberational organization “Freedom and Independence”. Park of his name is a place of memory, where in 1988 a monument, which was founded by living members of Gray Arrays, was revealed.
