Biskupice Radłowskie

The Battle of Radłowska went down in history as one of the greatest battles of the Polish-German war in September 1939. On the Polish side, more than 200 soldiers were killed, 700 were wounded, and on the German side over 100 were killed. 80% of the village of Biskupice Radłowskie was burned. A monument was built to commemorate the soldiers who died in this battle. In recognition of their merits, Biskupice Radłowskie was awarded the Cross of Valor in 1983.
