The Town’s Cultural Center was created on 7th June of 1978 and it handled organising educational, artistic and entertainment parties, took care of artistic groups and clubs of interest. “Development and raising residents’ cultural life, shaping social attitudes , socialistic morality and scientific view, developing people’s interest, raising everyday life’s culture, work and rest” was one of the main tasks of the establishement.
