Wola Rzędzińska is the biggest town in Tarnów commune. There is a magnificent Neo Gothic temple erected in the place of the previous church, according to the design of Augustyn Tarkowski, an architect of Tarnów. The construction works were supervised by master Jan Nieć. In years 1911-18 a chancel and lateral chapels of the present temple were built by the old church. Later, after the old church was demolished, they started erecting the main nave with the tower. The works were completed in 1934. The church on a plan of Latin cross is a one-nave with lateral chapels in a transept. The painting decorations and equipment of the church are also Neo Gothic. The parish in Wola Rzędzińska was established in 1925. The temple was twice damaged in the effect of military actions in 1939 and 1945.
