L.Solski’ s Theatre has an interesting and rich history reaching back to 18th century, which was started by a school theatre wroking in 1709-1720. In later years, theatre’s vision were maintaining various associations and amateur theatres. Frequent contact with the world of theatre play has woken up a need of creating Tarnów’s own theatre. In 1957, by departmental act, a theatre in Tarnów was nationalised and it changed its foregoing name to Ludwik Solski’s National Theatre of Cracovian Land.
